  • Turn left (west) on W Rd 3N.
  • W Rd 3N turns right and becomes N Yuma Dr.
  • Continue north on N Yuma Dr to W Pheasant Pl, and turn left (west) on W Pheasant Pl to N Cherokee Dr.
  • Turn right (north) on N Cherokee Dr. to Hidden Canyon Trail.
  • Turn left (west) on Hidden Canyon Trail.
  • Turn right (north) on Panamint Ln and in 30 feet, left (west) to get back on Hidden Canyon Trail.
  • Slight left toward W Hidden Canyon Rd, Keep left to continue toward W Hidden Canyon Rd, then turn left onto W Hidden Canyon Rd.
  • Turn left onto Hidden Canyon Trail and in about 0.5 miles the property will be on your right, marked by a red and white “For Sale by Owner” sign.

As you get closer to the property, the road starts petering out and looks more like a trail, but is generally passable for ordinary passenger vehicles, no 4wd required. When you see a red and white “For Sale By Owner” sign on your right, you’ve found it!
